My name is Peace Ravenwood and I am a Living Foods educator and experimenter, founder of the School of Living Foods and Alchemy Elixir Cafe ~ based in Northamptonshire UK. I love sharing the gifts and benefits of a life rich in raw foods, and also love spending as much time as possible outside in the garden, growing lots of fresh organic produce to use in the recipes. Wild foraging is also a passion of mine, one which I am constantly learning more about. My life is dedicated to learning and sharing every aspect of life in the raw, from seed ~ stomach ~ spirituality and sensuality. Ce~RAW~monial Chocolate Workshop

Blessings this sunny May morning.

I would like to include some of the workshops I will be running, in the blog, so you get advance opportunity to come along and have some fun and learn some new skills too.
Where better to start than with the next Raw Chocolate class!

Ce~RAW~monial Chocolate making workshop

Saturday June 18th
10am ~ 4pm
investment £90 per person including light lunch (raw of course).

Join me in my chocolate temple where you will learn a brief  history of the cacao tree, how it came to the Western world and how we can work with live raw chocolate to create a shift in our conciousness & move us forwards on our journey to wellness.
Of course you will also learn how to make some beautiful raw chocolates!  Bring a small container with you to take some home.
Raw chocolate creations make a great 'transition' treat ~ helping us to release our addictions to less healthy snacks and foods.
